An MMA analyst has shared his opinion on whether UFC CEO Dana White may leverage UFC stars' fame to expand his new boxing league. Recently, White announced his entry into the world of boxing.
The UFC head honcho, along with the Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority in Saudi Arabia, Turki Alalshikh, have announced a boxing league under the TKO banner. This new boxing league will be led by White and WWE president Nick Khan. An official name for the promotion is yet to be decided.
The goal of this boxing promotion is to dominate all major promotions. With White having profitable initiatives and success in the combat sports industry, fans anticipate the TKO boxing venture to take over the sport similar to what the UFC did in MMA.
A fan recently posed a question to MMA analyst Luke Thomas in a recent YouTube video. The fan asked if White would feed seasoned UFC fighters like Dustin Poirier or Conor McGregor to aspiring boxers in the new league to expand the fan base through crossovers.

Thomas replied:
"Dustin no. Conor maybe. But I think they are also just trying to sign real boxers, but I certainly could not rule that out."

'The Notorious' has been an asset to the UFC because of his star power, crowd-drawing skills, fight-building abilities, and ability to sell pay-per-views. Notably, McGregor also made an incredible $130 million in his boxing debut against Floyd Mayweather.
