Eddie Abasolo is one of the best representatives of the United States competing in Muay Thai right now. 'Silky Smooth' may not have had the best run of results under ONE Championship, but he's given a great account of himself each and every time.
For him, getting the chance to compete on US soil surely would have been a bucket list moment for him. This would have become a reality in his next outing at ONE 169 until the card was moved from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta to Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok.
Abasolo will remain on the card for Nov. 8 when he takes on Mohamed Younes Rabah in an exciting featherweight Muay Thai clash.
During a recent interview with 4oz to Freedom, the American gave his thoughts on the card moving locations and how, ultimately, he's not disappointed.

Absolo said that he doesn't take these opportunities for granted so getting to make the trip to a venue like the 'Mecca of Muay Thai' is always a pleasure:
"That's a huge difference from Atlanta to Bangkok. But hey man, you know, I love Thailand so anytime I get a chance to go out there, I'm down."

Eddie Abasolo always brings it in ONE Championship
The feeling is sure to be mutual between the ONE Championship fans in Thailand and Eddie Abasolo.
He always puts on a great show and that means that the Thai fans are happy to have him whenever he does make that trip.
Regardless of the location, Abasolo taking on Mohamed Younes Rabah is sure to be another all-action fire fight between two top competitors.
The card may now be taking place at Lumpinee Stadium but that doesn't mean that the card is any less stacked with great fights from top to bottom. Absolo's return is just one example of that.
