The highly anticipated Misfits Boxing 18 event will feature a thrilling main event between reigning champion Elle Brooke and challenger Jenny Savage.
The highly anticipated Misfits Boxing 18 event will feature a thrilling main event between reigning champion Elle Brooke and challenger Jenny Savage.
During a recent face-off ahead of the fight, tensions flared between the two fighters. Savage expressed her desire to fight Paige VanZant, who has previously fought Brooke.
"When I get my belt, you two [Elle Brooke & Paige VanZant] can fight, and then we'll have a rematch or I'll fight her finally... I have been after that chick since M-1 Global. I have been after her."

Brooke, however, took offense to Savage's comments, accusing her of trying to use her as a stepping stone to a fight with VanZant:
"She's trying to steal Paige off me... I am not a stepping stone to you getting Paige VanZant, you are the stepping stone of me achieving the best career ever."

Misfits Boxing 18 is set to go down on Saturday, Sep. 14, with the highly anticipated main event featuring Elle Brooke defending her MFB women's middleweight title against Jenny Savage. The event will take place at the Vertu Motors Arena in Newcastle, England.
The action will kick off at 11 AM PT/ 2 PM ET/ 7 PM BST, with the main event walkouts expected around 2:30 PM PT/ 5:30 PM ET/ 10:30 PM BST.
