MMA fans have been reacting to Elon Musk's latest retweet, which saw the Tesla CEO share a clip of Mark Zuckerberg discussing the Joe Biden administration while chatting on Joe Rogan's podcast.

Last week, Rogan welcomed Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg to the Joe Rogan Experience (JRE). During their discussion, Rogan asked Zuckerberg about the controversies of Facebook during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Zuckerberg claimed that during the pandemic, Joe Biden's administration would continually press him to remove anti-COVID-19 vaccination posts and memes from the platform, to which he refused. The 40-year-old went on to state that it had even gotten to the point that members of Biden's team would call up Meta employees and curse at them in order to try and get their way.

Elon Musk reposted the clip of Zuckerberg's comments on X, leading to MMA fan speculation. Despite the pair once keen to fight one another in the octagon, a fan believes it could be the catalyst for the two tech giants to soon work together. They wrote:

"I see Elon and Zuck working together in the near future!"

Other fans weren't so convinced by Mark Zuckerberg's comments, however, with one fan writing:

"I have a lot of trouble believing Zuck. He’s only coming on Joe Rogan cause he knows which way the wind is blowing."

Another fan said:

"Elon helped us stay a free society. The timeline on the other side of this was truly terrifying!"

One fan added

"Zuck is a liar."

Another wrote:

"Zuckerberg is a coward and belongs in prison."

Mark Zuckerberg tells Joe Rogan he hopes to have his first MMA fight in 2025

Mark Zuckerberg was slated to face-off against Elon Musk in an MMA bout for charity in 2024. However, the Meta CEO suffered a knee injury that put him out of action for over a year.

Now healthy and back in training, Zuckerberg recently revealed to Joe Rogan he still plans on competing in the octagon in 2025. While the potential bout against Musk has certainly cooled down, 'Zuck' stated that if he can find the time this year, he still hopes to fight. He said:

“I want to [fight] and I think I probably will, but we’ll see. 2025 is going to be a very busy year on the AI side. I think the idea of having a competition, you really need to get into the headspace of ‘I’m going to fight someone this week.' So, I need to figure this out because I don’t know how with everything that’s going on in AI, how I’m going to have like a week or two where I can just get into this like, ‘I’m going to fight someone [mindset]’. It’s good training and I would like to [fight] at some point.”
