“Enjoy your life while you can” - Alex Pereira gets chilling warning from potential next opponent amid May fight rumors

One of Alex Pereira's recent posts on X received a daunting warning from his next potential rival. 'Poatan' intended to show off his new UFC title-themed watch when his adversary popped up with a few cautionary words for him.

It has been a busy year for Pereira, having defended his UFC light heavyweight gold three times after bagging it in November 2023. In his most recent fight, Pereira beat Khalil Rountree Jr. at UFC 307.

The UFC brass hasn't clarified who will be the next to get a shot at the light heavyweight gold. That said, Magomed Ankalaev believes he will be the one. An X post from @ChampRDS also mentioned that Ankalaev believes his fight with Pereira might happen in May 2025:

"Pereira has not agreed to the fight, but sooner or later it will happen. I think the fight can take place in May."

Ankalaev also took to the comments section of 'Poatan's' aforementioned X post and provided him with a warning about a potential bout:

"Enjoy life champ while you can. You have been a great Champion but your time is up. See you soon"
