28-year-old American Muay Thai star 'The Chef' Luke Lessei is coming off one of his most impressive performances to date in the world's largest martial arts organization.
Lessei entered the ONE Championship ring last weekend and put together a stunning first-round knockout of Canada's Cody Jerome, needing only two minutes to dispatch his opponent.
After his fight, Lessei addressed the media backstage at the official ONE Fight Night 27: Tang Vs Abdulaev post-fight interviews. The 28-year-old says he is willing to face anyone ONE Championship puts in the ring with him.

'The Chef' said:
"Yeah, man, I'm just enjoying the moment like I don't even want to call people out because everybody's worthy. So I want to make sure that I'm staying present and I'm happy with my performance right now, not looking to the next one. I think that's the mistake I made in the last couple."
Needless to say, Lessei is game for any challenge after that incredible performance.
Luke Lessei gives credit to coaching staff for improved performance: "We're cooking different recipes"
One thing that was notable about Luke Lessei's performance at ONE Fight Night 27 was how comfortable he was moving around the ring. The 28-year-old showcased a new level of confidence in his skills.
And he has his coaching staff to thank for that.
He told Mitch Chilson in the ring after his fight:
"My two coaches over here at Beacon have unlocked a new "Chef" and we're cooking different recipes, man. I don't know. The confidence was at an all-time high. I have a mental performance coach, Jerry Walsh, and it's like I have a bullet-proof mind right now and I'm ready to take on the world after today."
ONE Fight Night 27 can be watched via replay on Amazon Prime Video.
