ONE strawweight MMA world champion Joshua Pacio learned a lot about his own body in the many months he spent rehabbing the partially torn ACL in his right knee with the help of PhysioLab PH and Tiger City Gym after opting not to have surgery.
Speaking with The MMA Super Fan, 'The Passion' shared what he discovered from the experience:

Joshua Pacio, Jarred Brooks trilogy bout set for February 2025
Joshua Pacio's return to the circle will see him face longtime rival and ONE interim strawweight MMA king Jarred Brooks at ONE 171: Qatar on Feb. 20, 2025, inside the Lusail Sports Arena in Lusail, Qatar.
Brooks dethroned Pacio in a thrilling five-round battle in December 2022. This past March, at ONE 166: Qatar, the Lions Nation MMA star reclaimed the crown via disqualification after Brooks inadvertently spiked his head into the canvas.
With their third go-around being a strawweight MMA world championship unification bout, their trilogy fight will finally prove who truly is the king of the highly talented 125-pound MMA division.
