Bo Nickal was recently spotted sharpening his striking skills with a punching bag. However, the video of his training got an ex-UFC fighter chuckling and he reacted to it with a large number of laughing emojis.

Nickal was well-known for his accolades in wrestling even before he joined the UFC. But in his TKO victory over Val Woodburn in his second UFC fight, he displayed commendable striking skills as well.

The 28-year-old is currently gearing up for his fourth UFC fight against Paul Craig.

However, the video of his striking training failed to impress former UFC welterweight Darren Till.

Till retweeted the @Home_of_Fight clip displaying Nickal's training, along with laughing emojis as its caption.

"Oh god 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣"

Till entered the UFC with massive hype and also earned five wins out of his first six fights. However, his defeat against Tyron Woodley at UFC 228 marked the beginning of a rough time in his career. 'The Gorilla' lost four out of his next five fights, ultimately leading to his release from the UFC.

Bo Nickal is also sharpening his ground and pound for his upcoming encounter at UFC 309

Bo Nickal's background in wrestling makes him a formidable rival on the ground. He has earned four out of his six pro-MMA victories via submission. He will now look to continue his undefeated record against Paul Craig at UFC 309.

However, Nickal's training schedule implies that he won't rely just on his submission skills for this clash.

Darren Till may have found Nickal's striking training funny, but the American is also polishing his ground-and-pound skills for his next fight. A few days back, an Instagram clip from @morenobickal showcased the same.
