Fabricio Andrade heads into ONE Fight Night 16 with a massive opportunity at stake inside the legendary Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
That evening, ‘Wonder Boy’ meets bantamweight Muay Thai king Jonathan Haggerty with the vacant bantamweight kickboxing crown on the line. The battle serves as the main event of the November 3 bill.
While fans are ready to see how the Brazilian striker will get things going under kickboxing rules for the very first time on the global stage of the promotion, a fraction of them are still pumped from his bantamweight MMA world title victory over John Lineker at ONE Fight Night 7 in February.

As the match unfolded, Lineker’s all-out attacking style was eventually only second best to Fabricio Andrade’s hard-hitting style, which led to a TKO win due to corner stoppage at the end of the fourth stanza.
For his part, the Brazilian said he was dialed up to create history, especially after the unfortunate no-contest ending to their first fight at ONE on Prime Video 3 in October last year.
He added:
“Of course, I had to go to war because I needed to be a world champion.”
