Fabricio Andrade predicts he will finish John Lineker inside two rounds

If you thought Fabricio Andrade was confident ahead of his first fight with John Lineker, you hadn’t seen anything yet.

Despite ending in a no contest, the first fight between the two Brazilians with the vacant bantamweight world championship on the line taught us a lot. ‘Wonder Boy’ Andrade came into the fight extremely confident and was able to back-up everything that he had said with his performance on the night.

After an unintentional low blow stopped Andrade from winning the world championship, he believes that he has the clear advantage going into their rematch on February 24.

Last time out, Andrade nearly stopped his opponent in the third round before the fight came to a disappointing end. At ONE Fight Night 7 on Prime Video, ‘Wonder Boy’ believes he will get John Lineker out of there before the fight reaches the halfway mark.

In an interview with ONE Championship, he said:

“This fight will end in a maximum of two rounds. And it will definitely end with me knocking out John Lineker one more time.”
