Fabricio Andrade is hell-bent on being crowned ONE bantamweight world champion and is doing everything in training to see his goal achieved.

This involves engaging in an intense cross-training regimen to ensure that he will be in great fighting shape when he faces off against John Lineker in their all-Brazilian rematch for the bantamweight gold on February 24 at ONE Fight Night 7 on Prime Video in Bangkok.

In an interview with Bonjour Sports, Fabricio Andrade provided an idea of what his training has been like:

“I think yoga is really good. I really stretch a lot and I try to do some hot yoga especially now at the end of preparation but my training is really hard. I do a lot of Muay Thai, wrestling, strength and conditioning so it’s gonna be like, everything is gonna be so organized and you feel like you can do everything through the week, and every training is so intense.”

Fabricio Andrade blew a golden opportunity to win it all last time around after he accidentally struck Lineker with a knee in the groin in the third round that forced the match to end in a no-contest.

Prior to the unfortunate outcome, 'Wonder Boy' was in his element, puzzling and giving his opponent a beatdown with his energetic activity and effective striking. Fabricio Andrade has vowed to finish everything in the rematch by staying aggressive but more precise with his attacks.

ONE Fight Night 7 will take place at the famous Lumpinee Boxing Stadium and will be aired live and for free to all Prime Video subscribers in North America.
