Fabricio Andrade lives for the world title, enjoys the added pressure that comes with it
'Wonder Boy' has passed every test thrown his way with flying colors. It's evident that he has all the makings of a superstar. He told ONE that he enjoys the pressure:
“This fight is definitely the only thing on my mind right now. I'm very focused, as I have been in all my fights. I think I have a very good mentality... I like this pressure, it gives me more motivation to keep training and look for results. What I like to do to relax is all about fighting... But I'm enjoying the pressure this fight is bringing. It's a big fight, everyone is waiting for it."
The ONE Fight Night 7 headliner is certainly a massive fight, with the bantamweight division needing someone on the throne.
Lineker attained the belt from former long-time bantamweight king Bibiano Fernandes. However, 'Hands of Stone' missed weight in the lead-up to his first title defense, resulting in him being stripped of the belt.
Andrade and Lineker will now battle it out for the vacant bantamweight world title.
Make sure to tune in to ONE Fight Night 7 on February 24 to watch the highly anticipated bantamweight title rematch between Fabricio Andrade and John Lineker, live from the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
All the action will be broadcast live and for free on Prime Video for all Amazon subscribers across North America.
