Fans fall in love with Superbon’s training view

Superbon Singha Mawynn has been lucky enough to travel to different parts of the world, but nothing beats the view from his mother country.

The former featherweight kickboxing king released a training video of himself working the pads at the Khunsuek Muay Thai gym in Krabi, Thailand. Fans online immediately fell head over heels for the view, which gave an almost cinematic feel to Superbon’s training.

On Instagram, the former divisional king posted a video with the following caption:

“Good people good places good life 💯”

The Thai superstar is taking a much-needed break from competition for the month of April to focus on his spiritual and physical well-being.

Now that most of the spotlight has shifted towards the current ONE featherweight kickboxing world champion Chingiz Allazov, the Pattaya-bred fighter is taking full advantage of the peace and quiet that surrounds him.

ONE CEO believes the belt will not stay long in one place if Superbon, Allazov, and two more key fighters get in the mix

ONE Championship CEO Chatri Sityodtong believes the belt might not stay too long in one place when you have Superbon, Allazov, Giorgio Petrosyan and Marat Grigorian competing for the divisional belt.

The aforementioned strikers have crossed paths numerous times in their kickboxing careers. With the exemption of Chingiz Allazov, Superbon has defeated both Petrosyan and Grigorian at ONE Championship by knockout and unanimous decision, respectively.

Now that there is a new king sitting on the throne, both kickboxers are hungry to get their hands on the featherweight kickboxing belt. As Chatri Sityodtong later explained, no matter who’s next for Allazov, at this point, it can be anyone’s game.

Speaking to SCMP MMA, Stiyodtong said:

“Yeah, I think Superbon, Chingas, Grigorio [Petrosyan] and possibly Marat [Grigorian] - between those four, it’s a game of inches you know. It’s a game of not even if it’s a hair in your head, one mistake with any of these guys and you’re out. So, it’s possible that the belt goes around between these four guys.”
