At ONE on Prime Video 5, Denice Zamboanga picked up a big win in her career and is now targeting a fight with Stamp Fairtex. Opening up the main card of the huge event, the Filipino fighter won a split decision against Lin Heqin to set herself up for a huge fight at atomweight.
After losing back-to-back fights to Ham Seo Hee, Zamboanga needed a win on December 2 if she was going to keep her place as one of the best atomweights in the division.
After pulling off the closely contested win, Denice Zamboanga looked up the rankings at the two fighters above her in the division, calling for a fight against a woman she knows well to catapult her into a fight with Angela Lee.
In her post-fight interview, she spoke about facing her close friend Stamp Fairtex next time she steps into the circle:

MMA Superstar Stamp Fairtex rose to fame with her precise and dangerous striking. Whilst her personality captured the hearts of the fans, her performances backed up the hype.
One particular weapon in her arsenal that Stamp has put on show several times is her devastating elbows. After kick starting her career in combat sports at the age of five, she has become an expert Muay Thai strikes and uses all of her limbs to their fullest potential.
On Instagram, the 24-year-old phenom shared:
"Destroyer elbow."
In the clip, Stamp Fairtex shows how she sets up the technique by circling away from an oncoming kick to land a slicing elbow. She used a similar strike in her most recent fight to score a knockdown against the highly ranked Jihin Radzuan.
