ONE Championship grapplers Kade and Tye Ruotolo are two of the most athletic and ferociously technical Brazilian jiu-jitsu fighters in history.

The twins employ their deadly combination of break-neck pace, supreme athleticism, and technical mastery to overwhelm and dominate any man put in front of them.

This, however, doesn't mean they're impervious to having clumsy moments once in a while - just not on the mats.

In a short video released by ONE Championship, we saw Tye Ruotolo prepping his brother Kade before entering the circle for a match. As Kade was doing his pre-fight war cry, Tye accidentally bumped his head on his brother's chin. The little accident halted Kade's intense hype-up ritual and made for some hilarious content.

Tye Ruotolo to face Reinier de Ridder in submission grappling superfight at ONE Fight Night 10

At ONE Fight Night 10, ONE submission grappling dynamo Tye Ruotolo will face MMA grappling specialist, former ONE light heavyweight and reigning middleweight world champion Reinier de Ridder.

Though there's an obvious size and weight difference between 'The Dutch Knight' and the young grappling prodigy, many are seeing it differently considering Ruotolo's 2022 ADCC World Championship performance.

In the Absolutes bracket of the 2022 ADCC, Ruotolo faced significantly bigger and heavier men. He beat former Absolutes gold medalist Felipe Pena and pushed IBJJF world champion Nicholas Meregali to the limit. Both former world champions outweighed Tye Ruotolo by at least 60 pounds each.

Riding his momentum from ADCC, the confident Tye Ruotolo called out 'The Dutch Knight' back in December. Reinier de Ridder is a jiu-jitsu specialist who primarily uses his grappling skills to achieve massive success in MMA. He has gone undefeated for nearly a decade because of his sheer mastery of the ground game.

After losing his light heavyweight world title to Anatoly Malykhin last year, de Ridder decided to a break from MMA to venture into submission grappling again.

His first attempt at straight grappling bouts in ONE Championship came when he faced Ruotolo's mentor and ADCC Superfight champion Andre Galvao last year. The bout went to a draw as both grapplers failed to score a submission once the time expired.
