Fans recently expressed their thoughts on the extended audio footage from the historic fight between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Conor McGregor at UFC 229. Many were not pleased to see Nurmagomedov spit on McGregor after his submission in the video.

The rivalry between Nurmagomedov and McGregor might be the most intense one in UFC history. The two fought at UFC 229 while they were at the top of their respective games. The UFC Hall of Famer was spotted hurling insults at McGregor after spitting on him. He said:

“B*tch. I f***ed you up! I f***ed you up b*tch.”

Conor McGregor blasts Khabib Nurmagomedov for fleeing his country

In a now-deleted X post, Conor McGregor targeted his greatest rival, Khabib Nurmagomedov. McGrgegor responded on social media to an old message shared by Nurmagomedov after their UFC 229 clash in 2018.

After the infamous post-fight brawl between Nurmagomedov's entourage and McGregor's team, the former threatened to resign from the UFC as they were considering canceling the contract of one of 'The Eagle's' teammates.

McGregor responded humorously, accusing Nurmagomedov of fleeing Russia and abandoning his family.

"Fast forward he has since abandoned, betrayed, and fled Russia entirely. Leaving his children and mother and wife/cousin behind."
