Alaverdi Ramazanov is preparing for an incredibly high-level clash when he returns to the iconic Lumpinee Boxing Stadium.

The former bantamweight kickboxing world champion certainly has the elite experience that he needs to navigate through this next test.

After bouncing back with a win in September, Ramazanov draws the task of welcoming Petchtanong Petchfergus back to the Circle next time out.

The two experienced competitors will meet in a bantamweight kickboxing bout on June 28 at ONE Friday Fights 68.

Given the caliber of his opponent, Ramazanov is taking this fight very seriously as shown in his approach to preparations.

The Russian competitor believes that on paper, the fight is incredibly difficult to predict because both men will constantly be adapting as the fight progresses.

He told ONE Championship in a recent interview that with both of them having an abundance of technical skill and experience, they can match each other, which could mean that the smarter fighter is the one who will get his hand raised. He said:

"Petchtanong is a very serious opponent. I believe this is a really interesting fight, very unpredictable, because we are both fighters who show class and technique in the ring and who fight smart."

Alaverdi Ramazanov is ready to test himself

As Alaverdi Ramazanov said himself, Petchtanong is an opponent that also brings incredibly high amounts of pedigree with him.

The technical skill on show is sure to make for an engaging and tactical contest as both men look to get in front of one another.

Given the fact that Petchtanong has been inactive since his bantamweight kickboxing title win back in 2022, he's surely going to come back with a point to prove.

For 'Babyface Killer,' this is a huge opportunity to spoil his return in a high-profile clash in Bangkok, Thailand.

Expect to see fireworks when two of the best in the division meet for the first time inside the Circle.

ONE Friday Fights 68 will air live at Asian prime time. Check your local listings for more details on how to watch all the action.
