Second-ranked ONE women's atomweight MMA contender 'The Menace' Denice Zamboanga of the Philippines believes she will walk out of Lumpinee Stadium with 26 pounds of gold in tow.
Zamboanga says she will stop dangerous Ukrainian Alyona Rassohyna and capture the ONE interim women's atomweight MMA world title this weekend and make history as the first Filipina to win the ONE gold.
Speaking to ONE Championship in a recent interview, Zamboanga says she will be looking to finish Rassohyna, whether that's by knockout or submission.

'The Menace' said:
"I’m confident that I’ll get to finish her wherever it goes whether it be on the feet or on the ground."
Zamboanga has been due for a ONE world title shot as early as 2020, but a series of unfortunate events have led to many title bouts falling through. Now, the Filipina superstar is finally ready to step inside the ring to compete for the sport's richest prize.
It all comes to a head at ONE Fight Night 27.
