UFC has announced an exciting flyweight scrap between Jake Hadley and Malcolm Gordon for the UFC 286 card scheduled to take place in March 2023.
Gordon has had an uneven career in the UFC so far. 'X' has fought five times in the UFC and won only two of those encounters. After losing his first two UFC fights against Amir Albazi and Su Mudaerji, Gordon came on top with two back-to-back wins against Francisco Figueiredo and Denys Bondar.
In his last UFC appearance, Gordon took on rising prospect Muhammad Mokaev at UFC 280 and lost the fight via submission in the third round.

Hadley is currently 1-1 in the UFC. In October 2021, the 26-year-old made waves upon his signing to the UFC due to the fact that Dana White offered him a contract on Dana White's Contender Series despite 'White Kong's failure to make weight ahead of the fight.
Speaking on his decision to sign Hadley, White said:
"When I left the backroom, my instructions were not to sign this guy. And according to Hunter [Campbell], Sean and Mick stormed out of the room and took off here tonight so they were not happy about it. I just have a gut feeling that this kid has something special and I broke my own rules. Broke my own rules and didn't listen to what they said. So hopefully I'm right on this and this kid doesn't make a d***head out of me."

Marvin Vettori vs. Roman Dolidze scheduled for UFC 286
UFC 286 will take place on March 18 at the O2 Arena in London, England. The card will expectedly feature an exciting middleweight clash between top contenders Marvin Vettori and Roman Dolidze.
Vettori is currently 1-2 in his last three outings and needs a victory to work his way back to a title shot.
Dolidze, on the other hand, has been running through his competition lately. The Georgian has won his last four encounters, three of which have ended in finishes. The 34-year-old has also won a Performance of the Night bonus worth $50,000 for each of his last three victories.
The fight possibly has high stakes as the winner of the UFC 286 scrap could move one step closer to fighting for the middleweight title.
