Former UFC bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw is still making headlines for keeping in shape despite being retired from the sport. The jacked ex-fighter has been frequenting his Instagram showing everyone how he's been maintaining his physique, while also plugging his supplement brands.
In a recent video posted to his Instagram account, the former UFC champion encouraged everyone to go after their goals in the coming year, saying:
"I ain't gonna sugar-coat it. Get up off you a**, get to work. Holidays are done. 2024 is just about behind us. Make 2025 your year."

An Instagram user who goes by @jack.saunders7 noticed something in Dillashaw's physique and pointed it out:
"Gyno nearly hitting me in the eye"
The former bantamweight champ promptly replied with:
"@jack.saunders7 don’t have Gyno that’s all natural. Have always had them."

For those who are unaware, Gyno, or Gynecomastia is a non-cancerous physical condition that causes men to have enlarged breast tissues.
The condition can start manifesting at any point in a man's life, from infancy, puberty, to older adulthood. Another fighter speculated to have this condition is former UFC middleweight champ Israel Adesanya.

While many laud TJ Dillashaw for staying in shape despite suffering a horrible shoulder injury that pushed him to retirement, others are finding it rather convenient that the former champion ballooned up to a massive physique now that he's out of the PED testing pool
Those people include popular MMA commentator Joe Rogan and UFC welterweight champ Belal Muhammad. The two spoke about the former bantamweight champion and what could have happened if he'd never hurt his shoulder.
Rogan said:
"Imagine [T.J.] Dillashaw not having all those injuries and someone talking him out of going down to [flyweight] 25?"
Muhammad replied:
"Did you see how big he is right now? It's wild."
Rogan replied:
"Bro he's huge. He's like 180 pounds... His p*ss would melt that USADA cup [laughs]."
