Cody Garbrandt makes his return to the octagon tomorrow night at UFC 285. During fight week, he had a hilarious exchange with the a former UFC champion regarding cyclists.
Garbrandt joined the BT Sports' weigh-in show for UFC 285 and shared a laugh with the panel that included former middleweight champion Michael Bisping. During the conversation, Bisping asked the former bantamweight champion if he cycles on the road and mentioned that he would run him over if he saw him cycling with others in more than one lane.
'The Count' said:
"Let me ask you this, do you cycle side-by-side when there's cars behind you?...Because if you do, I'm gonna run you over because you're a total nobhead if you do and I will beep and I will honk the horns and, 'Get Over! I'm trying to pass.' Single file please."

'No Love' then chimed in and told the UFC Hall of Famer that he sticks to one side of the road when cycling on the road. He mentioned that he has noticed that cycling on the road has noticed improvements in other areas, saying:
"There's a bike sign. Alright, you gotta share with the bikers, you know. But no actually, being a cyclist made me a better driver cause I'm like looking out for cyclists...I've been hit once."
It's safe to say that Garbrandt didn't convince Bisping to start cycling on the road anytime soon.
Cody Garbrandt looking to snap losing skid at UFC 285
Cody Garbrandt has an important fight coming up as he looks to snap his losing skid at UFC 285.
The former UFC bantamweight champion will be fighting Trevin Jones in the main event of the prelims portion of the event. 'No Love' comes into the fight having lost his last two fights to Rob Font and Kai Kara-France. His most recent loss to Kara-France was a flyweight bout and he will now return to 135lbs.
Meanwhile, Jones has lost three straight bouts and will have an opportunity to earn the most high-profile win of his career should he defeat the former bantamweight champion. Both their respective UFC careers could be at stake, especially considering their recent performances in the octagon.
