Francis Ngannou was at Old Trafford this Thursday to witness Manchester United clinch their maiden victory in the Ruben Amorim era. However, what piqued MMA fans' interest was 'The Predator's' witty response to his compatriot and United goalkeeper Andre Onana's rematch challenge.

Ngannou's first visit to 'The Theater of Dreams' was one to remember as United edged out Bodo/Glimt 3-2 in their UEFA Europa League outing, with Alejandro Garnacho and Rasmus Hojlund finding the net for the home side.

Following the game, 'The Predator' engaged in a playful sparing session with Onana as the goalkeeper's teammates cheered on the MMA icon. The hilarious clip shows the soccer star wincing each time 'The Predator' feints a punch before getting taken to the ground.

However, immediately after the session, the shot-stopper sent a hilarious rematch challenge to the reigning PFL heavyweight champion, writing:

"I demand a rematch in a real ring! Let's settle this once and for all."

Ngannou quickly clapped back at the soccer star with a hilarious retort:

"Be careful what you ask for. It won't go well for you bro, but if you insist."

While Ngannou is currently signed with the PFL, a lack of legitimate contenders in the promotion might prompt 'The Predator' to get back in the boxing ring sooner rather than later.

In a recent interview with TMZ Sports, 'The Predator' named former WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder as one opponent he hopes to face before calling it a career.

Deontay Wilder is open to fighting Francis Ngannou

Francis Ngannou's dream of facing Deontay Wilder before retiring could soon become a reality. 'The Bronze Bomber' seems to be all in for taking on 'The Predator'.

During a recent interview with TMZ, the former heavyweight champion boxer expressed his condolences to Ngannou for the loss of his child before revealing that he'd be open to engaging in negotiations for a potential boxing match against the former UFC heavyweight champion:

"I'm sorry for your loss. I can only imagine what it's like to lose a child man. I never hope to feel that feeling of it. But I hope life is going beautifully for you bro. And yeah [boxing Ngannou] is a conversation I'm still looking to get in the mix and talk about."
