Unbeaten Russian MMA star Alibeg Rasulov announced his arrival in the world's largest martial arts organization in impressive fashion a couple of weeks ago.
Rasulov made his highly anticipated ONE Championship debut at ONE Fight Night 23: Ok vs. Rasulov on Prime Video, taking on former ONE lightweight MMA world champion Ok Rae Yoon of South Korea in the evening's main event.
Although the 31-year-old was unable to get the finish, he put Ok through the paces and dominated the exchanges through the course of the five-round affair at the historic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
However, because he failed to turn in his weight and hydration sample inside the allowed window (he only made weight after the time limit had lapsed), Rasulov was deemed ineligible to win the ONE interim lightweight MMA world championship.

That would hardly matter, however, as Rasulov turned in a comprehensive performance to make a statement against the durable Ok.

With the victory, Rasulov moves to a perfect 15-0 and is now ready to seize the opportunity against the division's reigning king.
