Whenever Aung La N Sang fights in front of his home fans and faithful, he always guarantees an outstanding performance and a war against his opponents, much like he did against Michal Pasternak in October 2016.
At ONE: State of Warriors, Aung La and Pasternak put on an incredible match in front of the sold-out crowd at Thuwunna Indoor Stadium in Yangon, Myanmar. The full fight replay was recently reposted by ONE Championship on YouTube with the description:

'The Burmese Python' immediately imposed his dominance in the opening round when he opened a cut on the Polish fighter's left eye.
Aung La continued his relentless attack in the first half of the second round by raining combinations. However, he was met with more resistance from Pasternak with multiple takedowns and submission attempts.
Then, in the final round, the former two-division MMA world champion fully capitalized on the visibly gassed Pasternak by stringing up several combinations on the feet. He concluded the fight with vicious ground-and-pound strikes to secure the unanimous decision victory.
