Free full fight: Christian Lee makes double-champ history against Kiamrian Abbasov

'Brazen' Abbasov came out aggressive in round one and was looking to end the fight early. The Russian was even able to drop 'The Warrior' in the opening round with heavy punches. Lee was forced to dig deep and show his heart just to survive.

In round two, Lee was able to land significant strikes on his Russian opponent, even opening a cut. In the third frame, the Singaporean-American was able to land combination strikes against Abbasov. The finish then came in round four when Lee was able to batter his opponent with ground-and-pound, winning the bout by way of TKO.

'The Warrior' Christian Lee entered the bout alreading holding the ONE lightweight world championship. With that, he made history by capturing a second world title at welterweight.

Christian Lee won this fight for his family

It was a challenge for Lee to survive to the opening bell. When he was faced with adversity in the circle, he remembered what he is fighting for: his family.

While speaking at the ONE on Prime Video 4 post-fight press conference, he explained:

"Well aside from the training, which of course is what allows me the ability to keep pushing, I feel like what helped me to dig deep when I really had to was to go back to the reason why I fight. I don't just fight for myself. I mean, I'm fighting for my family."

The Singaporean-American has impressive and dangerous contenders coming for his two titles. He is likely to defend his lightweight throne against rising Dagestani contender Saygid Izagakhmaev.

At welterweight, Roberto Soldic is booked to face Murad Ramazanov at ONE on Prime Video 5 on December 2 and the winner may well face Lee next.
