After two years of sabbatical, former three-time ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion Ilias Ennahachi made a triumphant return to ONE Championship when he scored a second-round knockout of Aliasghar Ghodratisaraskan in February 2023.
The full fight replay of this masterful performance by Ennahachi was posted by the world's largest martial arts organization on their official YouTube channel, and they wrote the video's description with:
"A nasty knockout closed out the bantamweight kickboxing clash between former ONE Flyweight Kickboxing World Champion Ilias Ennahachi and Iranian debutant Aliasghar Ghodratisaraskan!"

The Moroccan-Dutch striking maestro tried to impose his will early into the match against the promotional debutant by marching forward, but Ghodratisaraskan was not deterred and instead willingly exchanged strikes with Ennahachi in the middle of the ring.
Ennahachi sent the Iranian down on the canvas multiple times in the opening round with front kicks and sweeps.
It was the same story in the second frame, with Ghodratisaraskan still trading shots with the 28-year-old striking superstar, until Ennahachi connected a lethal left hook against the Family Muay Thai representative that removed his equilibrium.
This solid strike dazed Ghodratisaraskan and failed to beat the referee's eight-count, awarding Ennahachi the second-round knockout finish.
Ilias Ennahachi thinks that he is a stylistic matchup in the bantamweight division
Ahead of his return to action on Sept. 27 at ONE Friday Fights 81 against former ONE bantamweight kickboxing world champion Hiroki Akimoto, Ennahachi spoke with the South China Morning Post and talked about his well-rounded fighting style.
The S&B Gym representative thinks that he will be a problem in the division due to his unique fighting style, as he declared:
"Yeah, but like I always say, every fighter has a different style. My style is different for these guys. I can fight with pressure, I can fight backwards, I can fight everywhere."
