ONE Championship shared the entire footage of Jonathan Haggerty’s win against Taiki Naito.
In January 2020, Haggerty lost against Rodtang for the second consecutive time to solidify the Thai superstar as the ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion. As a result, ‘The General’ needed a bounce-back win, which came in the form of a December matchup against Naito at ONE: Big Bang II.
After three rounds of action, Haggerty emerged victorious to remind everyone how dangerous a fighter he is. Nearly three years later, ONE shared his impressive performance against Naito on YouTube with the caption saying:
“Before ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion Jonathan Haggerty faces ONE Bantamweight MMA World Champion Fabricio Andrade for the vacant ONE Bantamweight Kickboxing World Title at ONE Fight Night 16 on Prime Video, relive his dominant victory over Japanese star Taiki Naito in 2020!”

Following his win at ONE: Big Bang II, Jonathan Haggerty fought once more at flyweight and once at a 148-pound catchweight before officially moving up to bantamweight.
In April this year, ‘The General’ fought Nong-O for the ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world title. Haggerty wouldn’t be denied on that night, as he secured a first-round knockout win to end Nong-O’s promotional run of 10 consecutive wins.
On November 3, Haggerty will return to action with an opportunity to become a two-sport world champion. Standing in his way is Fabricio Andrade, the ONE bantamweight MMA world champion.
The two world-class strikers will meet in the ONE Fight Night 16 main event to determine who gets the vacant ONE bantamweight kickboxing world title.
Jonathan Haggerty vs. Fabricio Andrade goes down inside the iconic Lumpinee Boxing Stadium. The highly anticipated event featuring two world title matchups can be seen live and for free by North American viewers with an Amazon Prime Video subscription.
