Joe Rogan recently expressed his resentment for the age-old laws of the U.S. government related to investigating the source of UFOs or unidentified drones. Rogan gained knowledge about the law from the latest guest of his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience (JRE).
Rogan prefers going unsolicited regarding the topics discussed on his podcast. The 57-year-old hosted the former Lt. U.S. Navy and F/A-18F pilot, Ryan Graves, for the latest episode of JRE, where the duo spent a considerable time discussing UFOs.
Rogan highlighted how the U.S. government agencies hardly track the origins behind unidentified drones. Graves mentioned that the reason behind this was the "antiquated laws" of the government:
"There's some laws in this country that are a bit antiquated when it comes to dealing with situations like this... If this [the UFOs/drones] is not a foreign adversary, then we have to make the assumptions that it is a US citizen that's operating these. Because of that, they [the government agencies] need a warrant to wiretap these."

The JRE host exclaimed:
"Oh, come on. They [the government agencies] don't even need a warrant to get into [a personal thing like] my phone. Get the f**k out of here, I don't buy that."

Joe Rogan respects Elon Musk's take on UFOs despite being a believer in the existence of aliens
Joe Rogan's words on JRE portray him as a staunch believer in the existence of aliens. In one such episode, he also presented the possibility of satellites being spaceships for aliens. Rogan said:
"We sent satellites to space to take incredible imagery of Jupiter. We definitely do all that. [So], why would we not think that another species [aliens] could do that."

However, in a recent episode of JRE, Rogan showcased respect toward Elon Musk's take on aliens. Musk has never been convinced about the existence of aliens.
Rogan considered Musk's opinion as an "oddly sly" one, but couldn't help respecting it due to his knowledge about space technology and association with SpaceX:
"He [Musk] outwardly dismisses UFOs. He says, 'Well, if they are there, they are very subtle.' I just feel like with his contracts with NASA and being involved in SpaceX, he can't talk crazy [about his stance on UFOs]. He can talk so much crazy about other stuff, but when it's [about] this, you know, f**king multi-multi-billion-dollar company that he runs [SpaceX], I don't think he can f**k around."
