Japanese martial arts legend Masakazu Imanari has victimized a lot of fighters with his signature leg lock submissions, and because of how good he is with this technique, the submission was even named after him - the Imanari Roll.
ONE Championship recently highlighted these victories by Imanari on their Instagram account by posting all his victories using these leg locks, and they wrote the post's caption with:
"Locked 'em in 🔓 Can Masakazu Imanari add another finish to his resume when he faces Marcelo Garcia at ONE 170? @imanarijiujitsu"

In the post, 'Ashikan-Judan's' wins over Kevin Belingon in March 2012, Radeem Rahman in October 2018, and Kwon Won Il in February 2019 were featured, as these athletes were quick to tap from this tight cranking of Imanari.
Fans, especially users @mmadadtx2.0, @akinthecurator, @oliver_galindo, @patrick.dadzie.7399, and @gabriel_fit87 have sent hilarious comments and massive praise for the 48-year-old icon, as they commented:

"once he's made contact with your legs, it's over 🙌🏽"
"Two legends on that day, cant wait 🔥"
"My man out here folding legs😂"
"That ref has PTSD from imanari making knees explode 😂 he's doing a great job minimizing damage"
Masakazu Imanari to face fellow submission legend Marcelo Garcia at ONE 170 on Jan. 24
The Imanari Jiujitsu-affiliated athlete will have the pleasure of welcoming his fellow submission legend Marcelo Garcia to the world's largest martial arts organization as they are scheduled to meet in an openweight submission grappling match on Jan. 24 as part of the loaded ONE 170 card inside the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.
This will be Imanari's return to action on the global stage after over two years, when he dropped a submission loss to former ONE flyweight submission grappling world champion Mikey Musumeci in their catchweight submission grappling match at ONE 156 in April 2022.
