"Give her Ngannou" - Fans react to Yuneisy Duben's UFC contract-winning KO win over Shannon Clark at DWCS 8 

Yuneisy Duben's performance against Shannon Clark on 'Dana White's Contender Series' ('DWCS') Season 8 drew attention from fans worldwide. Those in attendance, including UFC CEO Dana White, matchmakers Mick Maynard and Sean Shelby, and UFC chief business officer Hunter Campbell, were stunned after seeing Duben's devastating KO.

A number of fighters succeeded in making strong impressions on the UFC brass during the recently concluded episode of 'DWCS' Season 8, none more so than Duben, who entered her fight as a massive underdog.

Duben stopped Clark from charging at her with a powerful overhand right that knocked out the latter in the opening round. The Venezuelan fighter became the biggest 'DWCS' underdog to ever emerge victorious and rightfully earned a UFC contract.

Yuneisy Duben produced a stunning upset at the UFC Apex with her spectacular knockout win against Shannon Clark in the fourth week of 'DWCS' 8. UFC CEO Dana White, who was clearly impressed with Duben's finish, was out of his seat and had this to say to the fighter moments after the knockout:

''Hey, you don’t gotta go sit in the back, you’re in. That is unbelievable. That’s gotta be the biggest upset in Contender Series history and not only did you win... Love you too, honey. Congratulations. Incredible.''

In his post-episode interview with Laura Sanko after watching all five of this week's 'DWCS' bouts, White confirmed that Duben will be awarded a UFC contract, as well as the other four victors on Week 4 of Season 8.
