'Smokin' Jo Nattawut is one of the most dangerous strikers currently on ONE Championship's roster and he recently gave fans an in-depth look at how he became the monster that he is every time he steps into the Circle.
In an Instagram video posted by ONE which can be viewed below, the 35-year-old Thai megastar went back to his roots and shared his training regimen then, which includes a kicking pad tied to a wooden post.
Nattawut stated in the video above:

"This was how we learned to kick. See this? We put a pad here and then you just kick. And you're not allowed to go light, you have to go with full power."
As he demonstrated his routine, Nattawut might have recalled how he missed the kicking pad back then and said:
"Oh, ****! Imagine if you missed."
This level of dedication from Nattawut paid off as he won two world titles under Lion Fight plus the WMC World Super Lightweight Championship before moving to the world's largest martial arts promotion in 2018.
Jo Nattawut headed for trilogy clash with ONE world champ at ONE 169
The Thai Top Team star will again challenge Tawanchai PK Saenchai for the ONE featherweight Muay Thai world championship at ONE 169: Atlanta on November 8 inside State Farm Arena.
Jo Nattawut and the 25-year-old Muay Thai sensation first fought at ONE Fight Night 15 under kickboxing rules, where Nattawut lost via razor-thin unanimous decision.
He had his chance to avenge his loss to Tawanchai at ONE 167 this past June but was again defeated - this time via majority decision.
However, many fans debated that Nattawut had done more than enough to dethrone Tawanchai which is why a third clash between two of Thailand's best athletes will take place later this year.
