Stamp Faitrtex, the reigning ONE women's atomweight MMA world champion, recently shared another major update about her recovery on her Instagram account.
Stamp continues her rehabilitation journey from the leg injury she suffered earlier this year, and she posted a short clip of her progress with the caption:
"The true training has started! 💪💪 I am working on muscle power, speed and coordination. The @go_exxentric feedback helps me to push my limits and optimise my training sessions. Later, I can evaluate my progress with the data collected during the training sessions. ❤️💪🫡"

Stamp Fairtex says that her recovery from injury helped her reflect on things
The Fairtex Training Center representative shared that she also benefited from her injury by reflecting on the critical things in her life.
Stamp revealed this during one of the videos that the Fairtex Training Center published on their official YouTube channel, where she pointed out:
"I learned a lot because when I'm alone and everything is quiet, I have a lot of thinking. Like, why am I wasting time so much? Why I don't keep track of time? Like, when I have time, why I'm not paying attention, why I'm not focused, why I lost the time, like, I don't have money. I should focus more than before. I feel like now, I'm wasting time a lot after surgery."
