When young grapplers don't go to sleep, their mothers tell them that Mikey Musumeci will come after their legs.

The ONE flyweight submission grappling world champion's leglocks are so frightening they make other world-class grapplers squirm just by watching. 'Darth Rigatoni' is adept in many ways at removing someone's kneecap using his bare hands. Aside from how awe-inspiring it is to see his technique, it's also quite bone-chilling to watch his victims get their legs absolutely mangled.

In a fun reaction video released by ONE Championship on YouTube, we saw ONE grapplers watch Mikey Musumeci's destruction of Gantumur Bayanduuren's legs back at ONE Fight Night 6. If you look at their facial reactions alone, you'd swear they're watching a stomach-turning, gory horror film.

ONE lightweight submission grappling world champion Kade Ruotolo and his brother Tye were mostly reduced to making faces and looking away from the screen. We can't blame them though. Tommy Langaker, while absolutely queasy while looking at how Bayanduuren's knee was twisted, provided at least a few technical assessments.

The most stone-cold of the four was the dashing and dangerous Danielle Kelly, who looked absolutely locked in on Mikey Musumeci's technique. She never flinched for a second as she provided some on-point technical analysis and provided the most important insight in the video:

"If your legs are getting broken, make sure you tap."

Mikey Musumeci faces Osamah Almarwai at ONE Fight Night 10

The massive crowd inside the 1stBank Center in Broomfield, Colorado, will get to witness Mikey Musumeci's brutal submission game at ONE Fight Night 10. On May 5th, ONE will make its US debut at the Centennial state with one of their most stacked fight cards today.

One of the three massive world title fights on the night will be Mikey Musumeci's second defense of his ONE flyweight submission grappling world title. The self-proclaimed BJJ nerd will defend his throne against Yemen's first-ever Brazilian jiujitsu blackbelt, Osamah Almarwai.

Almarwai, nicknamed 'Osa' by his followers, might pose the most serious threat to Musumeci's reign as king as ONE world champion so far. 'Osa' has been a prominent staple of Atos BJJ with ONE's grappling prodigies, the Ruotolo brothers, and ADCC superfight icon and ONE grappler Andre Galvao.

Almarwai is a former IBJJF No-GI world champion, IBJJF Pan No-Gi champion, and American Nationals No-Gi champion. He is also currently ranked no.1 by IBJJF in the No-Gi Blackbelt Rooster division. Almarwai will look to extend his impressive six-fight winning streak by capturing gold on his ONE Championship debut.
