British striker Jonathan Haggerty has expressed intrigue and interest in taking on MMA fighter Sean O'Malley in a possible dream match. Fans chimed in and many had 'The General' winning over 'Suga'.
The reigning ONE bantamweight kickboxing king and former Muay Thai champion highlighted the solid stand-up game of the UFC campaigner in an interview on the "Winners Talking Podcast" and said he would not mind testing it against his skills.
Digital creator If Only MMA picked it up and played it further by suggesting on Instagram that the two make it happen and see how things go.

Fans took to the comments section and shared their thoughts on a possible dream match between the two topnotch fighters, with not a few seeing the Orpington, England native taking the win. Below are what some of them wrote.
One fan saw Haggerty overwhelming O'Malley with his striking, saying:
"In striking Haggerty mops him, there are some Thai guys I feel like Sean could do well against with his boxing, but Jonathan ain't one of them."
Another, meanwhile, did not discount O'Malley's skills outright but still had Haggerty on a different level, writing:
"MMA we know who wins this, but if you think Sean is winning under Thai rules you're simply delusional. The best MMA strikers still pale in comparison to any high level Thai boxer."
Check out what others had to say below:
Haggerty was the former ONE flyweight and bantamweight Muay Thai world champion and currently holds the bantamweight kickboxing world title. He has compiled an 8-3 record since joining ONE Championship in 2019.
