ONE women's atomweight standout Ham Seo Hee is looking bulky ahead of her bout with Japanese rising star Itsuki 'Android 18' Hirata at ONE 163. After settling the score and soundly beating Denice Zamboanga last march, ‘Arale Chan’ will face Hirata for a possible world title eliminator bout.

In a photo posted on Ham's Instagram page, we saw the South Korean posing in front of a mirror visibly bulkier than usual:

Judging from the looks of Ham's Seo Hee's flexed muscles, it looks like she's planning to use a lot of physicality to repel Hirata's Judo-heavy grappling game. A veteran of more than 30 MMA fights and a handful of kickboxing bouts, Ham Seo Hee knows how to handle fighters of all styles.

She has an all-around game that allows her to be competitive in almost all areas of the sport. Her newly-improved muscular physique will definitely help her come November 19.

Itsuki Hirata also looking bulky ahead of fight with Ham Seo Hee

It doesn't look like it's just Ham Seo Hee who's gained some muscle in the weight room ahead of ONE 163. As it turns out, Ham's opponent, Itsuki Hirata is also adding muscle mass ahead of their atomweight bout on November 19.

With Hirata riding the momentum of her win over Lin Heqin last August and Ham overcoming her rival Denice Zamboanga last March, both are one win away from receiving a world title shot.

Part of Hirata's reinvigorated training regimen is her frequent cross-training in US gyms, most notably Serra BJJ and Longo-Weidman MMA. One of the most glaring improvements in Hirata's overall MMA game is her conditioning - one that you can easily see at first glance.

In a recent photo posted on Hirata's Instagram page, the Japanese MMA star showed off her muscled-up physique with her US-based conditioning coach, who goes by @bmofit4life:

"Training has changed my body a lot! It's not just training. Thank you for the balance of the meal! I'll be right back to be stronger!"

Judging by how Hirata outclassed Lin Heqin three months ago and how thick her upper body looks against her narrow waist, it looks like @bmofit4life is doing a marvelous job with Hirata.
