Chris Eubank Jr. is all set to make his highly anticipated return to the squared circle. The son of British boxing legend Chris Eubank Sr., the younger Eubank has lately been on a reinvigorated quest to fight professional boxing's very best combatants.

Presently, Eubank Jr. is scheduled to take on Poland's Kamil Szeremeta (25-2-2, 8 KOs), with the IBO middleweight championship at stake. They'll clash on the undercard of the Artur Beterbiev vs. Dmitry Bivol undisputed light heavyweight title showdown. The event transpires at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Oct. 12.

Has Chris Eubank Jr. ever lost?

Chris Eubank Sr. cemented his legacy as a two-division world champion and boxing icon in his professional boxing career. Chris Eubank Jr., born on Sept. 18, 1989, also laced up the boxing gloves akin to his father. As an amateur, he became a Golden Gloves champion while residing in the U.S.

Eubank turned pro and made his debut in November 2011, working under the guidance of Ronnie Davies, the same coach who trained his father. After amassing an unbeaten record of 18-0, Eubank Jr. experienced the first defeat of his professional boxing career.

Chris Eubank Jr. was beaten by the then-undefeated British pugilist Billy Joe Saunders in November 2014. The fight had Saunders' British, European, and Commonwealth middleweight championships on the line.

Chris Eubank Jr. later amassed several accolades and an eight-fight win streak. He captured the WBA interim middleweight championship, the British middleweight championship, and the IBO super middleweight championship.

Eubank knocked out Avni Yildirim in the super middleweight quarterfinals of the World Boxing Super Series (WBSS) in October 2017, retaining his IBO super middleweight belt.

The Briton's next fight was the WBSS semi-final, which saw him face veteran pugilist George Groves, in Feb. 2018. The fight had Eubank's IBO and Groves' WBA (Super) super middleweight championships up for grabs. Groves thoroughly out-boxed Eubank and bagged a unanimous decision win despite dislocating his left shoulder in the final round. It marked Eubank's second pro boxing defeat.

Chris Eubank Jr. then racked up six consecutive victories, also capturing the IBO super middleweight belt and the WBA interim middleweight title. He notably suffered a fourth-round TKO loss against ex-WBO super welterweight champion Liam Smith at middleweight in January 2023. In their immediate rematch, also his most recent fight, Eubank beat Smith via 10th-round TKO in September 2023.

Currently, Eubank's professional boxing record stands at 33-3, with 24 of his victories coming via KO/TKO.
