WWE superstar and media personality Logan Paul has teased a move to the UFC on his social media in the past few days. Paul posted a clip of himself with UFC president Dana White, signing a contract, which prompted speculation of a move.
However, Paul did not join the UFC and the contract signing was regarding a sponsorship to do with his drinks brand, Prime.
The preview clip masterfully incorporated sound bites from mixed martial arts experts weighing in on Logan Paul's high school wrestling background and his exhibition boxing resume, suggesting the possibility of him transitioning to MMA.
The very believable clip generated a lot of interest from fans. Check it out below on Logan Paul's Instagram account:

The actual reason behind Dana White and Logan Paul's meeting was the announcement of Prime as the promotion's official sports drink.
"The new official Sports Drink of @UFC — we’re proud to announce PRIME will be fueling the world’s premiere mixed martial arts organization. 👊🏼 #DrinkPRIME"
Check out the announcement post below:
Prime was founded by former celebrity boxing foes and YouTube giants KSI and Logan Paul and has rapidly found purchase amongst their respective audiences. The drink has only grown in popularity and demand as it is the official sponsor for multiple sports entities such as the English Premier League club Arsenal.
Islam Makhachev and Alexander Volkanovski make confident assertions ahead of UFC 284
Islam Makhachev and Alexander Volkanovski will clash at UFC 284 for the lightweight championship in Makhachev's first title defense.
Makhachev spoke about his approach and his intent to give Volkanovski a tough time in an interview with Fox Sports Australia.
"Doesn't matter. It's not gonna be submission. I'm gonna give him like hard time, give him ground and pound. And when he feel, 'It's not my division, I don't want to take more damage,' he's gonna give up."
Check out his interview below:
Volkanovski echoed a similar view and spoke about putting Makhachev outside of his comfort zone.
"It's different when I'm in front of you. Once I have that movement, once I start putting hands on you. Once you grab a hold and you're like, 'F**k, this is a strong little b*****d,' once I get straight back up, pop you in the face. That's when they're gonna start getting uncomfortable. I need to capitalize when I'm on the feet. If he takes me down, I get back up. I need to put hands on him... And I'm gonna be putting hands on him and trying to find that chin and find it hard."
