After scoring a pair of impressive knockouts in his first two Muay Thai fights, John Lineker is ready for his toughest challenge yet.
This Friday, Jan. 10, ONE Championship heads back to the legendary Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand for a loaded ONE Fight Night 27 card, featuring the return of former ONE bantamweight MMA world titleholder John Lineker.
Fresh off a couple of brutal KOs against Asa Ten Pow and Alexey Balyko in the art of eight limbs, 'Hands of Stone' will square off with two-time Lumpinee Stadium champion Kulabdam Sor Jor Piek Uthai.

Speaking with ONE ahead of his highly anticipated return to the ring, Lineker recognized that fighting the 71-win veteran will be a true "test of fire" on martial arts' biggest global stage.
Lineker said:
"I believe it will be a test of fire for me. Kulabdam is a guy who grew up doing Muay Thai. He was practically born doing Muay Thai. In Thailand, you are born training Muay Thai, so it will definitely be a big test for me."
John Lineker struggling to find a weakness in Kulabdam's fight game
Kulabdam enters his 14th appearance with the promotion coming off a vicious third-round knockout against Suablack at ONE Friday Fights 81 in September. Before that, he was unbeaten in five straight before seeing his streak snapped at the hands of former ONE world champion Nong-O Hama.
Further commenting on his opponent at ONE Fight Night 27, Lineker admitted that finding a weakness in Kulabdam's fight game has been no easy task, but 'Hands of Stone' isn't giving up yet.
"It is difficult to identify weak points in an athlete like him, but I am still studying his fights and looking for a weak point where I can neutralize him and impose my game".
Fans in the United States and Canada can watch ONE Fight Night 27 live on Amazon Prime Video on Friday, Jan. 10 in U.S. primetime.
