"He chose to help me" - Rodtang says Mikey Musumeci went above and beyond to assist him through ONE Fight Night 10

Ever since a new arrival debuted in ONE Championship, they have struck up a great relationship with Rodtang Jitmuangnon. The Thai superstar may be absolutely ferocious inside the Circle, but he is very much the opposite when he isn't competing.

In an unlikely friendship that has been incredible to watch, 'The Iron Man' has become joined at the hip to Mikey Musumeci.

A combination of one of the best strikers and one of the best grapplers in the world, the flyweight Muay Thai world champion recently spoke about their comradery and where it comes from.

Back at ONE Fight Night 10, ONE Championship debuted in the United States with both men featuring on the card in huge match-ups.

The elite striker said that during fight week back in May of last year, Musumeci was there to constantly lend a hand, telling ONE Championship about how they can rely on each other:

"A simple example, at our fight in America. He chose to help me even though he had his own fight. But he took his time to help me. He is waiting to eat with me. Waiting for me to pass the weight."
