Superlek knows that he is stepping into a risky fight when he returns at ONE Friday Fights 68.

Of course, anyone stepping inside the Circle with 'The Kicking Machine' is also at risk due to his incredible striking prowess.

The ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion is set to make one more stop at Lumpinee Stadium before focusing his attention on his huge clash with Jonathan Haggerty at ONE 168 in Denver.

In the co-main event on June 28, he will face his fellow Thai striker Kongthoranee who has been on a real hot streak in the Friday Fights series.

With this in mind, despite the Haggerty fight looming overhead, the elite Thai competitor is taking this next contest very seriously.

During the virtual press conference ahead of fight night, Superlek spoke about how the technical style and power of his opponent are things that he needs to be cautious of:

"Everybody knows that Kongthoranee brings a more technical style, a Muay Femur style. He has the power, a little bit slow, but he definitely has the power."

Superlek will look to come through unscathed

You can't go swimming without getting wet but this is what Superlek will be trying to do in his next fight on June 28.

He knows that Kongthoranee is going to give everything he has at Lumpinee to try and secure the biggest win of his career to date and potentially derail his opponent's plans.

For 'The Kicking Machine', he is focused on getting the win as always but there does have to be some consideration about taking damage before he goes into his next training camp.

September 6 and his clash with 'The General' is starting to tick down but whilst the fans started to get excited, Superlek has a job to do first.

ONE Friday Fights 68 will air live at Asian prime time. Check your local listings for more viewing details.
