Alex Pereira was recently spotted sparring with kids during an event at an addiction rehabilitation center amid the sexual assault accusations made by TikToker Meredith Brown.

Brown posted several videos on social media accusing the reigning UFC light heavyweight champion of assaulting her on June 2, right after UFC 302. She recounted the alleged incident in detail, claiming it occurred in a hotel room in New Jersey.

According to her, the encounter was witnessed by both her friend, who had introduced them, and Pereira's translator. However, she hasn't yet provided any substantial proof to support her claims.

'Poatan' made his first public appearance following the allegations at a rehab facility, where he spoke about the consequences of addiction, drawing from his own experiences.

Pereira successfully defended his light heavyweight title with a second-round knockout victory over his former rival, Jiri Prochazka, at UFC 303 in June.

Dana White weighs in on Alex Pereira's possible move to heavyweight

Alex Pereira's future plans have the MMA community filled with anticipation.

Having already secured UFC titles in the light heavyweight and middleweight divisions, 'Poatan' is now on the brink of making history. A successful move to the heavyweight division could see him become the promotion's first-ever champion in three weight classes.

However, UFC CEO Dana White believes Pereira should first face more contenders in the 205-pound division before considering a move up to heavyweight.

During a recent interview with MMA journalist Kevin Iole, White said:

"I like Alex… Let Alex do what he’s doing in the division. And you know what? If he wipes out the entire division and we are sitting here, who’s next? Then let him move up to heavyweight and do some type of super fight there."
