Second-ranked ONE bantamweight MMA contender, 'The Sniper' Stephen Loman of the Philippines, will be watching ONE 168: Denver closely with a vested interest.
Former adversary 'Hands of Stone' John Lineker is set to see action, and the Filipino superstar can't wait to see his Brazilian contemporary compete in a totally different sport.
Lineker is set to make his Muay Thai debut in ONE Championship, and Loman, along with the rest of the world, is interested to see how 'Hands of Stone' will do in 'the art of eight limbs'.

'The Sniper' told Sportskeeda MMA in an exclusive interview that he wasn't shocked by the announcement at all. He said:
"I’m not really surprised, because the last time it was announced it was Liam [Harrison] who would’ve fought him. But that match didn’t push through, now Asa Ten Pow will fight him. I just got surprised because I thought MMA would be his next match, but it’s Muay Thai."
As for how Lineker would look in Muay Thai, Loman says that fans should expect a good performance from the Brazilian. He added:
"Yes, he has heavy kicks actually. When we fought, I felt those heavy kicks. His body shots are also heavy, especially those hooks of his. Those are his biggest weapons, really."
