Even ONE flyweight kickboxing kingpin Superlek Kiatmoo9 can't deny that his compatriot and fellow world champion Tawanchai PK Saenchai is built different.

The 25-year-old's striking game is a beautiful mix of fluidity and chaos. Moreover, Tawanchai is also blessed with an insane fight IQ, making him the perfect modern-day striker.

In a recent South China Morning Post interview, Superlek raved about the Thai megastar's prodigious abilities in 'The Art of Eight Limbs.'

But as good as Tawanchai already is, it's his unrelenting drive to be the best he can be that separates him from the pack.

'The Kicking Machine said:

"Tawanchai is, of course, special. I know him personally, so it's not like I'm over-exaggerating by no means, just because I know him. But, I think you and everyone know how good he is. Everybody has seen that. He has the power, he has the speed, and he is highly-motivated. He just has that hunger."

Superlek certainly knows a killer when he sees one, given his standing as one of the pound-for-pound best in the world today.

Receiving a ton of praise from the Kiatmoo9 Gym star is certainly a huge feather in Tawanchai's cap.

Tawanchai remains calm and composed ahead of massive rematch with Jo Nattawut

Tawanchai's upcoming featherweight Muay Thai world title defense may just be his most important one to date.

At ONE 167 this coming June 7, the Thai wrecking machine will run it back with 'Smokin' Jo Nattawut, a worthy adversary who gave him a great challenge last year.

While Tawanchai is eager to silence his critics with a more decisive victory, he remains level-headed as judgment day nears. He told ONE Championship:

"I guess that this fight might go the distance. If I say someone is going to get knocked out, it would seem like I'm exaggerating a lot. Let's wait to see an exciting battle."

ONE 167: Tawanchai vs Nattwut II on Prime Video will emanate from Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand, live in US Primetime. The full event is free for Prime Video subscribers in North America.
