Two-division MMA world champion Christian Lee believes he already has his next challenger all figured out.
For his long-awaited comeback fight, 'The Warrior' will defend his lightweight MMA belt against undefeated Turkish dynamo Alibeg Rasulov at ONE 169: Atlanta on Nov. 8 at State Farm Arena.
Ever the student of the game, Lee paid close attention to Rasulov's dominant five-round win over Ok Rae Yoon at ONE Fight Night 23 this past July.
The Singaporean-American observed the 31-year-old charge forward using his Dagestani-style pressure wrestling to overwhelm the former lightweight MMA champ.

That said, Christian Lee expects his challenger to employ the same tactic when they finally lock horns.
The Evolve MMA and Prodigy Training Center star told Cageside Press in a recent interview:
"My mindset is to just come forward, play my game. I think his game is going to just come forward. Without generalizing him too much, he’ll have a very typical Russian style."
One of Christian Lee's best attributes is his versatility, making him a threat in both striking and grappling exchanges.
Needless to say, the double champ is unfazed by Rasulov's intimidating grappling-heavy style and is confident he can match his opponent's ridiculous pace.

Despite being the proud ruler of both the lightweight and welterweight MMA ranks, Christian Lee insists his desire for greatness still burns bright.
'The Warrior' has never forgotten the hunger inside him when he was just trying to make a name for himself in the sport.
At ONE 169: Atlanta, Lee promises to deliver a vintage performance to announce his return. He said in the same interview:
"So going into this fight, there is no double champ for me in my head. I'm the contender. I'm going into this matchup hungry."
