"He predicts these things" - Fans react to recent clip of Renato Moicano hoping for an injury to either Islam Makhachev or Arman Tsarukyan

Perhaps aside from 'Money Moicano', Renato Moicano should name himself 'Mystic Moicano' as he pretty much manifested getting inserted into the main event of UFC 311 this weekend. As bad (and good) luck would have it, Arman Tsarukyan pulled out of his UFC lightweight title fight with Islam Makhachev - allowing Moicano to come in as a replacement fighter.

It turns out that as early as December, Moicano literally hoped for either Makhachev or Tsarukyan to get injured so he can fight for the title. While the Brazilian fan favorite isn't about wishing fellow fighters getting hurt doing their jobs, he's merely being facetious with his words.

He told MMA Fighting weeks ago:

“I hope [Islam or Arman] break a leg or something so I can jump in and fight for the title. [Laughs]”

Fans are finding this hilarious and fascinating, with one fan one-upping our suggestion and aping Conor McGregor's famous words, saying:

"Mystic Money Moicano. He predicts these thingssss 😂😂"

Renato Moicano sends a message to champion Islam Makhachev before their clash at UFC 311

In the past two years, Renato Moicano has seen a massive career resurgence, mostly stemming from a turn in his public image. Ever since he took the mic from Joe Rogan and screamed, "Moicano Wants Money!" the Brazilian MMA star went through a top-to-bottom rebranding of his image. He then gave birth to the entertainingly foul-mouthed 'Money Moicano' - and fans are loving it.

Even after securing the most important fight of his career on a day's notice, Moicano doesn't have a mark of nervousness or doubt on his face. The confident Brazilian fan favorite sent a message to the champion:

"Money Moicano is coming for the belt! Be ready Islam Makhachev. Tomorrow is Money Time! Man, I'm so happy that I got this opportunity. I have been working for this for a long time and I know [it] could happen. That's why I was training five rounds, I was training for southpaw. And I'm ready and tomorrow I'm going to shock the world. Be ready because I am. This is Money Moicano. And tomorrow I'll be the champ of the world. Let's f*cking go!"
