"He's crazy" - Bryce Mitchell explains his bond with Sean Strickland and reacts to their viral meetup

Bryce Mitchell recently explained the bond he has with Sean Strickland and shared his reaction to their viral meetup. He spoke highly of the former UFC middleweight champion and described what he's like on a personal level.

Both 'Thug Nasty' and 'Tarzan' have not shied away from sharing their beliefs on political issues and have been among the fighters that have been vocal supporters of former US President Donald Trump. The Arkansas native has been out of action since his devastating knockout loss to Josh Emmett at UFC 296 this past December, but has expressed interest in returning to the octagon.

While speaking to The Schmo, Mitchell was asked about his recent meetup with Strickland and experience of spending some time with the former middleweight champion. He posted a video to his Instagram account, which shows them riding around in Strickland's Tesla and then went viral on social media. Here's what Mitchell said about Strickland:

"Oh dude, [Strickland's] just cool, man. He's like, we're friends, dude. He's straight up. He's normal even though he's crazy, he's normal...Absolutely, duders, I just get along really well with him."

Bryce Mitchell discloses advice Sean Strickland shared with him

In addition to describing their viral meetup and Tesla ride, Bryce Mitchell disclosed what advice Sean Strickland has shared with him.

In the viral video that 'Thug Nasty' posted to his Instagram account, he noted that 'Tarzan' gave him a ride after a training session and was appreciative of that. During the aforementioned interview with The Schmo, Mitchell mentioned that the advice Strickland shared had nothing to do with fighting; however, it was in line with what someone would expect from the former UFC middleweight champion:

"[Best advice?] Always stay strapped."
