20-year-old British striking phenom Freddie Haggerty has recently notched his third straight victory at ONE Friday Fights 91 after stopping Kaoklai Chor Hapayak in their strawweight Muay Thai battle via third-round TKO last Dec. 13 inside the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
This victory also maintained Haggerty's 100% finish rate under the world's largest martial arts organization. Because of this latest triumph, Freddie's older brother, Jonathan Haggerty, who currently reigns as the ONE bantamweight kickboxing world champion, claimed he would be better than him.
In a recent appearance on the Winners Talking Podcast, 'The General' gave massive praise to Freddie. He even claimed that he would have a better career overall. He said:
"Yeah, well, he's going to be better than me, you know. He's got me. I hope he's better than me, you know. He's got something to look to overtake me, surpass me, you know."

Jonathan Haggerty shares his difference in terms of style with his younger brother Freddie
During the same interview, the former ONE flyweight Muay Thai and bantamweight Muay Thai world champion also pointed out the difference between him and his younger brother Freddie regarding fighting styles.
According to the 27-year-old, the younger Haggerty loves to stand-and-bang with his opponents, while he likes to be more technical and cerebral. He shared:
"He's a different fighter to me. He's more of a scrapper. You might think I'm a scrapper but he loves like getting stuck in a scrap."
