"He's a goner" - Conor McGregor claims Dustin Poirier has "gonorrhea" in latest jibe after 'The Diamond' gets hospitalized 

Conor McGregor did not fail to take a jibe at Dustin Poirier even when 'The Diamond' got hospitalized. Reacting to a tweet from ESPN's Brett Okamoto about Poirier's illness, 'The Notorious' teased that his former opponent has gonorrhoea. The former UFC double champ wrote:

"Poirier has gonnorhea spread it around ahahhaahahah he’s a goner 😂😂"

The Dubliner did not stop there, further accusing Poirier of wearing dirty underwear.

According to Okamoto, Poirier informed him of a staph infection that did not respond to antibiotics in the last 24 hours. 'The Diamond' is reportedly undergoing further bloodwork and expects to know more details by today. Okamoto wrote:

"Some context on Dustin Poirier’s IG posts about being hospitalized… told me it’s staph, but he’s not responding to antibiotics over the last 24 hours. Undergoing further blood work now, hopefully get some answers today."

Poirier recently informed fans of his illness via social media. He seems to be getting concerned after being admitted to the hospital for two days now. The 33-year-old wrote:

"Going on day 2 in the hospital. Shits getting serious"

Poirier's Instagram stories also contained a video of the Louisiana lad supporting the New Orleans Saints in their upset loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday.

Conor McGregor responds to Dustin Poirier's callout for a fourth clash

Conor McGregor has been out of action for over a year, nursing a broken leg that he suffered in his trilogy fight against Dustin Poirier last year. However, 'The Notorious' is seemingly open to a fourth outing against 'The Diamond' despite dropping the last two.

McGregor's recent jibe at Poirier did not go unnoticed by the Louisiana lad, who invited the Dubliner to a fourth matchup. The 33-year-old wrote:

"You done filming Roid House and ready to get slapped around again!?"

Conor McGregor expressed interest in the matchup, asking Poirier to wait till he is done shooting for his Hollywood debut. The Irishman wrote:

"Ye I’m in Amsterdam jacked like van damn. You weren’t just hurt pal. You were scared hurt don’t forget it. I’m coming back to put you in a box. Full of it. I’m sending you off this earth. Permanent. Stay waiting for the road house as well pal you and the missus will love it"
