Jonathan Haggerty has had a great career in ONE Championship, which is still yet to reach its peak given what is on the horizon. ONE fans have watched 'The General' grow with each passing fight, and now they will get to do the same with his younger brother.
Freddie Haggerty has joined the promotion at a much earlier stage in his career, meaning that by the time he is Jonathan's age, he will have eight years of high-level experience in the bank already.
The 19-year-old prospect made his debut inside the circle at ONE Friday Fights 49 in January, where he stopped Dankalong Sor Dechapan in the second round inside Lumpinee Stadium.
As Jonathan prepares for his huge bantamweight Muay Thai title defense at ONE 168, he told Nick Atkin on the ONE on SK podcast that his brother and coach will be joining the camp soon enough as Freddie prepares for his second outing:

Jonathan Haggerty is paving the road for others
Jonathan Haggerty continues to reign over two sports at bantamweight, setting a high bar for his brother to follow in the future.
On September 6, 'The General' will once again look to take this to new heights by producing the biggest win of his career to date in a title defense against Superlek.
This is a lot for his younger sibling to try and live up to but it will certainly fill him with inspiration and pride before his next contest under the ONE Championship banner.
No doubt they will be side by side with one another for their upcoming contests.
ONE 168 will air live from the Ball Arena in Denver in US primetime on September 6.
