It may be too soon to test him at ONE Championship, although their sister Victoria Lee began her journey at 16. Christian Lee doesn’t want to rush the process.
He’s focused on getting Adrian stronger before he competes in his natural weight class among the promotion’s elite.
‘The Warrior’ gave The MMA Superfan an update as to Adrian Lee’s future prospects in MMA:
“By the time he starts his career at ONE Championship, he will be a lightweight naturally. Right now, he’s walking at around 170 pounds, and you know he’s still getting bigger. He’s still getting stronger."

Christian Lee kept “hinting” at Chatri Sityodtong for a welterweight world title fight
Christian Lee has certainly proved his mettle at ONE Championship. Seven years after his ONE debut, Lee is now preparing to capture his second world title under the promotion.
No matter how big or small the feat is, 'The Warrior' is always up to the challenge.
Lee’s scintillating knockout finish against Ok Rae Yoon saw him reclaim his lightweight world title. The Singapore-American star knew ONE Championship would eventually give him the opportunity to become a double champion.
Explaining to Sherdog MMA, Lee described how his persistence made his fight with Kiamrian Abbasov happen:
“It’s something that I kept pushing for a while. Even before I lost my belt and regained it again. When I was defending my lightweight title, it was something I kept hinting at. I kept telling Chatri [Sityodtong], I kept telling the media, I said I wanna fight for the welterweight title.”
Catch Kiamrian Abbasov vs. Christian Lee live at ONE on Prime Video 4 on Friday, November 18. The event will be broadcast live and for free to North American audiences with a Prime Video subscription.
